Ty's 1st Birthday Party

Well the first birthday party he was ever invited to and attended. His friend Vincent had his party today at Gymboree. It was fun. Ty had a great time and for the first time he stood up completely alone. He was in the middle of the mat and I looked over and all of the sudden he was standing. There was nothing around him to pull up on. 

Vincent had a little smash cake that his parents tried to get him to eat but he wouldn't and it took everything in my power to keep Ty away from it. He was hauling ass to get to the cake to eat it for Vince. I did let Ty have some cake eventually but I shouldn't have a problem with him eating his "first" cake come May.

 Patrick even came inside for a while to watch Ty play. 

Oh another huge milestone today, we walked to Kohls (its down the street) and the entire time- the walk there, shopping for 45 minutes and the walk back- Ty was happy. He was happy to sit in his stroller just looking around. This makes me happier then anyone will ever know.
